Please read this page entirely in order to learn about our new registration process.
- Students will now "self register" using JICS in their SEU student account. Students may select their section and assessor for CC Plus.
- Students will now complete payment with SEU directly through JICS under "student finance". All CC Plus students will have access to payment plans.
There are three steps to register for the CC Plus Concurrent Enrollment program.
Step 1: Apply to SEU by completing one (and only one*) "Application" to SEU using this special link for CC families only. Link: Application
(If you have already taken a course with SEU, and have an SEU account skip "Step 1")
Step 2: Sign into your SEU account and select your courses. Watch this video for an example of how to select CC Plus courses. Link: Video
If you are a new student, and do not immediately see CC Plus courses listed, please wait 24 hours for your account set-up to be finished by SEU's office. If you still do not see CC Plus courses, please email [email protected].. Do not email SEU directly, as these are sent to the CC Plus team.
If you are a returning student, but have not taken a CC Plus course in over 2 consecutive semesters (Fall and Spring), you must reapply using Step 1's application. SEU will update your current account, which will allow you to complete the self-registration and select your courses.
(UPDATE: The registration option has changed as of March 20th 2024. Click the course search plus sign. Select the "Classical Conversations" option for the semester press search without filling in any of the fields. This should bring up all available courses for the CC Plus Semester. If you do not find the course you are looking for email [email protected])
Step 3: Choose your payment plan through the student payment portal. Watch this video for help on navigating through JICS to the payment portal. Link: Video
(Charges are not posted to the student accounts until add/drop, which is a week after classes begin. Do not worry if the charges don't show after adding your courses.)
If you have completed all these steps congratulations you are registered. Have a great semester!

*Note: Only submit one application to SEU and only use the link provided, as the link has information connecting you to the CC program at SEU. If you submit multiple applications or submit an application to SEU directly rather than using the CC Plus application your student ID will be delayed. This application is a required step for concurrent enrollment and does not have the same steps as an applicant to a degree-seeking program.
